At this time, items purchased via this website (SweetSounds.biz) are only available to purchase online for local installation or pick up at our physical store in Mankato, MN. We do not ship these products.

Your complete contact info and (shipping) address is required for online purchasing even though these items are for local pickup and or installation at our facilty.

Thanksgiving Day & Weekend / Black Friday: For all purchases made online, we will follow up with you within a few business days to schedule a time for installation or pick up of your product. Due to the extreme rush on these days, please do not expect a call from us on Friday or Saturday. We promise to complete your purchase in as expedient fashion as possible. PLEASE wait for our call before calling us. If you do not hear from us within 4 business days, please feel free to contact us. Our staff does not have access to online orders on Black Friday and as such will not be able to assist you or schedule an appointment on Friday or Saturday.

Generally, all items purchased on this site are available for pickup the following business day with the exceptions noted above.
